As you may know from a post below, I confirmed the order for my Model S in August. I was told at the time that my car would be here in late November or early December. Yesterday, I heard from my sales representative that instead of my car being built around now and being delivered in December, it is to be built in January and delivered in late March or even April. That represents a delay of four to five months!
Yet, as an avid reader of the Tesla forums, I can see cars confirmed after mine being both built and delivered already, albeit most of those are in North America. Still, with the production line back in business and cranking out cars, I can see no reason to delay my order.
What gives, Tesla?!
